Burnt Weiners is a group of guys who read a lot of comics, play a lot of games, devour a ton of books, watch a lot of movies, drink far too much, and do things that still make our parents wonder if we ever really grew up! Show us that original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Donatello figure, and we will try to hide the bulge in our pants!

So what can you expect from our comic book podcast? Well, for one, there is a guy who on occasions shows up who doesn’t read comics to help us keep our excitement in check and provide a non-comic reader viewpoint. But we also have long time comic fans that are still as passionate about comics as they have ever been in their life.

We are going to swear and say terrible things on the microphone, but it is not the selling point of the show. This is a comic book podcast about comic books and other nerdery, and our enjoyment of all of it. Talking about subjects just to rip on them is not our style, and never will be.

Currently we have 4 shows:

1. Burnt Weiners – Bo, John and Weed check out the weekly comics they pick up, and talk about what they enjoyed, as well as previews of things coming out on the upcoming Wednesday. Steege stops by on occasion, as well as another guest here and there, of whom we always request a massage from (of course with happy finish). New episode each and every week!

2. Whatcha Checking Out – This is a mini episode released almost weekly, and just focuses on what one of the gents has been checking out in comics and other random areas we wanted to spotlight. This is for the people who like their podcasts to be short and sweet and all over the place.

3. Weiner Roast - More often than not, this is where Robb and John just ramble on about comics and things related to comics, book, music and movies. A new episode is released roughly every month.

4. Jim’s Indie Rack – Featuring our brother from a different mother, Jim, who handles a larger portion of the indie comics and creator owned section of comics. Released whenever the hell Jim feel’s like it.
