*Warning – Not Work Safe(unless your workplace is bad ass) – Nudity*
We discussed this a bit on the show, but then one of our buddies, Tyler, wanted to point out the following nugget:
I’d just like to point out the fact that in this clip of Zombie Lake linked below the above water shot shows the girls like 3 or 4 ft into the water, just barely off shore. And the underwater shot if the girls as if they were in 15 ft. deep waters. Anyway check it out for yourself.

Burnt Weiners Episode 011 Joe The Barbarian #11
The guys brave a cold, crappy winter to bring you plenty of false facts about Joe The Barbarian #1 from Vertigo Comics! Then Bo and John share their love of Dynamite Entertainment’s Battlefields series, Batman Widening Gyre and The Last Days of American Crime from Radical Comics. Steege twists their arm to mention the movie Red Cliff, and the guys also take about the jerks in Metallica. Bo sneaks in more Star Trek, Weed talks about Doctor Who and A Link To The Past. the the guys talk about how awesome and awful Walking Dead is (many spoilers). Weed talks about Justice League International and trying to build his Versus deck around them, which then leads into a Green Lantern movie discussion. The guys really need to learn to shut up!

Here is a great point and click adventure I suggest checking out. The game is really clever and charming and follows a robot on his adventure across this detailed and gorgeous world. Don’t forget to check out the music, which is very catchy and varied, and has me wanting to buy the album. Check out the demo for the game, plus wallpapers and music, by clicking on the photo below:

AMC producing Frank Darabont-penned/directed Walking Dead pilot
by Michelle Welch January 21, 2010
Comingsoon.net via Variety reports that Frank Darabont is taking a break from Stephen King adaptations to write and direct a pilot for AMC based on the Robert Kirkman graphic novel series The Walking Dead. The series is centered around a small-town police officer who leads a band of zombie-apocalypse survivors across the country in search of a safe and less bitey destination to call home. Depending upon the direction the producers take, it sounds like the show has the potential to emulate successful character-driven sci-fi/fantasy shows Lost and Battlestar Galactica, whose earnest depictions of homeless and isolated ensemble casts trying to survive without killing each other first made for some of the most critically acclaimed television this decade. A new show with beloved characters on the chopping block each season could very well be what Lost fans need to dull the pain of the series finale this spring.

This is a great 8-bit rendition of what Left 4 Dead might have been like back in 1989! The redo of the music is really well done and the game is actually really clever and fun. I highly recommend giving this a down load and playing it (c’mon it is free). I’m curious to see if it supports my old PC gamepad, might have to dig that out of storage.
Pixel Force: Left 4 Dead is a retro de-make of Valve’s hit zombie killing masterpiece.

Also touched upon is shows getting new life after they are off air including Serenity and Pushing Daisies. Steege, being the true gamer he is, brings up Mount & Blade, Bloodbowl, and Cargo Bridge.
